ADHD Group Therapy

A skills-based Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy group program

Service Description

Canberra group therapy program offering Adults (18+) who have a diagnosis of ADHD or who suspect they have ADHD, and who would like to learn about their strengths and discover skills to manage challenges. Through a combination of therapy (CBT), psychoeducation and group discussion to give you a greater understanding of the way ADHD impacts on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. You will also benefit from the opportunity to listen to others experiences as well as share your own on the challenges of living with ADHD, gain better insight into yourself and learn about practical tools and techniques you can use in your daily life. Meeting for 2 hours every fortnight for a total of 8 session, this program is designed for adults (18+) who have a diagnosis of ADHD or who suspect they have ADHD, and would like to learn about their strengths and how to use them effectively. By participating in our group therapy sessions, you’ll gain valuable insights, strategies, and support from others who are experiencing similar challenges. Cancellation Policy

If you provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, you will be charged half the scheduled fee for that appointment time. Where you cancel an appointment on the day or fail to attend an appointment, the full session fee will apply.
