I offer a range of personalised counselling services either in person or online for both individuals and couples to develop stronger and more fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach to counselling is distinctly person centred, however I also draw on a range of different therapeutic techniques that allows me as a counsellor to tailor to each specific clients needs. 


These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR), Gottman Couples Therapy. Emotional Focused Therapy, DIfferential Couples Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

As a neurodivergent affirming practice, we apply a strength based frame of reference, combined with understanding, empathy and compassion to ensure neurodivergent clients feel understood and validated.

We also offer relationship counselling to help couples to resolve conflicts, improve communication and deepen intimacy and connection. We aim to provide you with a safe and supportive space for you to work through your issues and strengthen your relationship. 


We are also a Poly/ENM and Kink aware/friendly practice and proud member of the 'Welcome Here' business network, offering the LGBTQIA+ community a welcoming space free of fear, shame, judgement or prejudice.

Each session usually runs for around 60-90 minutes depending on your specific needs and issues. If you have private health insurance or NDIS Funding then rebates may be applicable, please advise at time of booking.
