Adult ADHD Therapy Group

Group counselling is a powerful way to develop personal growth and change.  It is a way to experience understanding, support and encouragement from others facing similar issues.  Group therapy also provides a valuable opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences.

Led by an experienced counsellor, Simon Tidy, each session will run fortnightly for 90 minutes and involve a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, as well as discussing strategies and coping mechanisms to help navigate the challenges of living with ADHD.

Topics covered will include adaptive thinking, organisation, planning, managing procrastination, problem-solving, enhancing attention and memory, emotion regulation, self-care, managing impulsivity, communication and improving relationships.

So if you're seeking guidance, understanding, or simply want to share your journey, this therapy group is here to provide a space for growth and connection with fellow adults with ADHD and learn valuable skills to improve your daily life.

Group participants will need to register to attend and if you have note previously attended a counselling session with Simon you will need to schedule a one-to-one session before starting with the group for readiness assessment.
