I have also completed extensive specialist/post graduate training in a number of therapeutic modalities, including working with addiction, trauma, ADHD, and extensive training in working with couples and relationships (Gottman Method, Developmental model Couples Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy).
Before counselling, I spent 30 year career in communications and public affairs. Drawing on this experience, I assist clients to develop and improve their communication skills to create positive change in their relationships.

I take great care to really get to know each person during our initial sessions and really get to understand your unique needs and the circumstances that brought you to counselling.
From there, we create an individualised plan to help you achieve your goals. My aim to give my clients a greater understanding of themselves, recognise their capacity to make positive changes in their lives and guide and support them in towards achieving their full potential.
